Creamy Oyster Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:



  • 200g oyster mushrooms, sliced

  • 250g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add the oyster mushrooms and cook until they’re golden brown.

  4. Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
