Ingredients:
200g oyster mushrooms, sliced
250g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add the oyster mushrooms and cook until they’re golden brown.
Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
