Crispy Fried Oyster Mushrooms




Ingredients:

  • 200g oyster mushrooms

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup cornstarch

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Water for batter

  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Add water gradually to create a thick batter.

  3. Dip the mushrooms into the batter and coat evenly.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

  5. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dip.
