Ingredients:
200g oyster mushrooms
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Water for batter
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add water gradually to create a thick batter.
Dip the mushrooms into the batter and coat evenly.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dip.
