Oyster Mushroom Soup




Ingredients:

  • 300g oyster mushrooms, chopped

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pot and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.

  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

  4. Stir in coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Season with pepper and garnish with cilantro before serving.
